Orders and acceptance
Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is received or a proforma invoice is formally accepted by your organisation.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST (CGST/SGST for intra-state supply, IGST for inter-state supply) and shipping charges are added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
Payment
Online payments are processed securely by HDFC Bank SmartGateway (SSL encrypted, PCI-DSS compliant). We do not store card or bank details. Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) and institutional purchase orders are also accepted. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not accepted.
Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & cancellation policy, and delivery by our Shipping policy, both available in the website footer.
