Orders and acceptance
Placing an order through this website constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once payment is received or a proforma invoice is formally accepted by your organisation.
Pricing and taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Applicable GST (CGST/SGST for intra-state supply, IGST for inter-state supply) and shipping charges are added at checkout and shown on the invoice.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card details. Institutional purchase orders can be accommodated against a proforma invoice.
Use of products
All products are supplied for research use only. You are responsible for validating each assay for your own application and for complying with applicable biosafety regulations.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the product supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
