Dispatch
In-stock assays are dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmed payment. Custom and bulk packs typically ship within 7–10 working days.
Cold chain
Primer–probe mixes ship on gel ice packs in insulated packaging. Products marked cold chain carry an additional handling charge, calculated at checkout.
Delivery charges
Shipping is charged in bands based on order value, with free shipping above the threshold shown at checkout.
Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive reagents, we cannot accept returns of correctly supplied products. Report damaged, incorrect or short shipments within 5 days of delivery with photographs, and we will replace them at no cost.
