Shipping policy
Dispatch
In-stock assays are dispatched within 2–3 working days of confirmed payment. Custom and bulk packs typically ship within 7–10 working days.
Cold chain
Primer–probe mixes ship on gel ice packs in insulated packaging. Products marked cold chain carry an additional handling charge, calculated at checkout.
Delivery charges — Tamil Nadu
Standard Courier (24–48 hours): ₹500 + GST for 1–4 packs; ₹1,000 + GST for more than 4 packs. Blue Dart Express Priority: ₹3,500 + GST, irrespective of quantity.
Delivery charges — Other states
Standard Courier (48–72 hours): ₹1,250 + GST for 1–4 packs; ₹2,500 + GST for more than 4 packs. Blue Dart Express (24–36 hours): ₹3,500 + GST for 1–4 packs; ₹6,000 + GST for more than 4 packs.
Self collection
Free. Collect your consignment from our reception at HELINI Biomolecules, Vettuvankeni, Chennai 600115. We will inform you when it is ready.
GST on shipping
Courier charges attract 18% GST (CGST + SGST within Tamil Nadu, IGST for other states) and are shown separately on the invoice. Cash on Delivery is not accepted.
Returns
Because these are temperature-sensitive reagents, we cannot accept returns of correctly supplied products. Report damaged, incorrect or short shipments within 5 days of delivery with photographs, and we will replace them at no cost.
